Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Work Setup: On-site

Salary Range: ₱80,000.00 – ₱150,000.00/month

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. You will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, a firm grasp of accounting principles, and experience in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

  2. Lead the preparation of financial feasibility studies and master budget planning

  3. Drive the annual business outlook and operational target setting

  4. Investment & Asset Accounting

  5. Supervise capitalization, depreciation, inventory valuation, and asset transactions

  6. Financial Processing & Control

  7. Monitor daily transactions (sales, AR/AP, payroll, inventory, cash)

  8. Ensure policy-compliant financial flows and proper archiving of documents
  9. Oversee liquidation and reconciliation of accounts

  10. Financial Reporting

  11. Manage month-end/year-end closings, P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reports

  12. Lead business unit reviews and financial consolidations

  13. Financial Advising & Analysis

  14. Deliver strategic analysis to improve profitability and business value

  15. Oversee cost-saving initiatives and project evaluations

  16. Internal Control & Audit

  17. Ensure 100% compliance with internal financial policies

  18. Partner with Audit to monitor and enhance internal control systems

  19. Compliance & Government Reporting

  20. Lead BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, LGU filings and compliance

  21. Oversee tax returns, books of accounts, and BIR audits

  22. Managerial & Cost Accounting

  23. Address costing, pricing, forecasting, and consolidation needs

  24. Ensure accuracy in managerial reports across business units

  25. Team Leadership & Administration

  26. Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff

  27. Ensure department compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (CPA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as Accounting Manager, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong command of accounting principles, taxation, and financial planning
  • Knowledgeable in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of integrity and accuracy
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational abilities
