Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the Sales, Product Management, and Regional Finance stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

The role will involve working closely with the cross-functional teams to track, measure, and evaluate customer revenue risks and opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will lead analysis of SG&A for various departments, supporting cost-saving initiatives and ensuring planning accuracy.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner will also support the development, update, and monitoring of monthly sales forecasts, strategic plans, and annual operating plans. Furthermore, the role will involve driving transformation and automation efforts to enhance reporting and reduce manual workload.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. A strong understanding of financial systems and tools, such as PowerBI and Salesforce, is essential for this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
