Job Title: Financial Planning Expert

We are seeking an experienced financial planning professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in advanced analytics tools.

This role requires a high level of financial acumen, collaboration, and the ability to drive meaningful insights and process transformation to support strategic decisions.

  • Act as a finance business partner to stakeholders, responsible for trend analysis, revenue forecasting, incentive plan tracking, and strategic decision support.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams to track, measure, and evaluate customer revenue risks and opportunities.
  • Lead analysis of SG&A for various departments supporting cost-saving initiatives and ensuring planning accuracy.
  • Support the development, update, and monitoring of monthly sales forecasts, strategic plans, and annual operating plans.
  • Support the design, accuracy, implementation, and usage/maintenance of various forecasting and reporting tools.
  • Drive transformation and automation efforts to enhance reporting and reduce manual workload.
  • Develop rhythm, metrics, tools, and resources to assist in reporting and tracking revenue by customer and product category.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis. They will also have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and data mining, as well as experience with advanced analytics tools.
