Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions within defined architectural guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and technical design of custom and integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Mentor junior developers and testers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
  • Scope and design enhancements across various Salesforce clouds to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work with tools and technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio, and Copado.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and commonly used AppExchange applications.
  • Hands-on knowledge of LWC, Apex, Triggers, API/Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
  • Familiarity with Omnistudio and Copado tools.
  • Experience in Health Cloud is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to lead technical solution design and communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
  • A strong problem-solver with a passion for delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations.
