Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining client relationships.
- Providing current market information such as trends, sales techniques, application of products in various markets, and marketing suggestions.
- Delivering customer and management presentations.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in sales management, particularly in the CCTV or security industry.
- Technical knowledge, experience in information security systems or technology (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and understanding of sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
