Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus).

  • Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker.

  • Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive teams.

  • 4+ years of experience leading sales teams, with expertise in:

  • Recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales professionals.

  • Sales strategy development and execution.

  • Managing and mentoring 2 Sales Managers.
