Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Team Supervision:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates or coordinators. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support professional development.
- Content Oversight:
Ensure all marketing materials (e.g., brochures, social media posts, website content, ads) are brand-aligned and meet quality standards.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks. Use data to inform marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
Assist in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and present regular reports to senior management.
- Event Planning:
Coordinate and supervise promotional events, trade shows, or product launches, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php33, Php37,000.00 per month
