Position Title: Senior Program Officer - Portfolio

Job Summary:

  • Data-driven customer insights, business analysis and strategy development
  • Partner onboarding, management and engagement of top merchants/partners
  • Curation and orchestration of relevant offers, promos and communications to target segments
  • End-to-end planning, execution, coordination (internal and external) and implementation across all channels (Digital, SMS, Viber, EDM, MBOA etc)
  • Program budget optimization and management
  • Program/category-specific P&L Management
  • People Management

Job Exposure:

Planning:

  • Weekly and monthly analysis and insights of business based on regular dashboards in collaboration with Decisions Management Team
  • Strategy development based on new customers insights from customer data
  • Offer curation and negotiation (internally or with merchants) for promos
  • Business casing, P&L and Concept Paper development, routing approval and implementation

Execution:

  • Coordination with Marketing Comms for the go-to-market strategy, creatives and channel plan
  • Coordination and cascade with DM, CS, Ops, Legal, ISD and ITG and other relevant departments for all requirements needed for all promos
  • Coordination with third party partners (Gift away, merchants etc) for the implementation of promo and fulfillment of rewards
  • Key partner management and engagement throughout the initiative

Monitoring and Results Management:

  • Results monitoring and program impact analysis
  • Assessment of business impact and achievement of targets based on plan
  • Program adjustment and reporting to stakeholders

Budget Management:

  • Tracking and monitoring of assigned budget for the program
  • Optimization of assigned budget and proactive line balancing with other groups as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree from a college/university and preferably a graduate of a business course.
  • Has at least 7-10 years solid experience in Marketing and/or Business Development or Business Analytics, in an officer/senior managerial level and with people management experience
  • Has broad understanding of the different areas of the credit card business and the capacity to relate unit's operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company
  • Experience in third party negotiations and account management an advantage
  • Possess strong inter-personal skills
  • Has strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
