Job Description

AHA Learning Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Program Officer to join our team in Makati, Tondo, or Cubao.

This role involves providing support to the center team in learning program management, community organizing and management, center management, volunteer community management, reporting, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in community teaching and project management and a good understanding of the education setting in the Philippines.

The successful candidate will be based in Makati/Tondo/Cubao and will be responsible for developing relationships with community members, championing the organization's principles, and driving change through sustained systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Management: Support the design and implementation of learning programs, including content development and session facilitation.
  • Community Organizing and Management: Support the center team in organizing and managing members, connecting with existing and potential community-based partners, and profiling and managing databases.
  • Center Management: Assist with operations, space cleanliness, and maintenance as needed.
  • Volunteer Community Management: Serve as a point person for volunteer community matters.
  • Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports for handled centers.
