MAIN PURPOSE OF THE

JOB

To coordinate and oversee the provision of building maintenance,

building security, refreshments, transportation and copy room

services within the Facilities Unit

KEY PERFORMANCE

AREAS

❖ Coordinate In-house events which includes boardroom

❖ Coordinate all fleet, travel and transport activities

❖ Coordinate all building maintenance and security activities

❖ Perform administrative duties which includes contracts and

budgets

REQUIRED MINIMUM

QUALIFICATION

❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) inFacilities Management/Business Management/PublicManagement

REQUIRED MINIMUM

WORK EXPERIENCE

❖ 3 – 5 years' work experience in Facilities Management

❖ Knowledge of facilities management principles and systems

❖ Knowledge of stock control, contract management experience

❖ Understanding of procurement functions
