By choosing to be an agent of change, you will be part of an impactful mission that aims to make the world safe for exchanging digital information.**About Role:*** In-charge of solution delivery to the customers, though not limited to:-Pattern building-Functional and Regression testing-Regular/scheduled and by-demand Releases-Pattern Integration Testing* Conduct system diagnostics and implement solutions to ensure seamless solution delivery* Expected to work on a rotating shift schedule to support continuous, 24/7 business operations.* Work on AI projects in the QSR domain, primarily handling QA responsibilities including functional and integration testing.* Participate in service rollouts and process enhancements with a focus on use case development, test case design, and validation testing* Help ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems and standard operating procedures.* Collaborate with members of other teams on a regular basis to improve operations.**Experience Requirements*** 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or solution delivery roles.* Hands-on experience in:* Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing* Test case creation, execution, and defect tracking* Experience working in 24/7 operational environments with rotating or shifting schedules* Familiarity with release management processes, including scheduled and on-demand deployments* Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with development, operations, and business teams**Skills Requirements**Technical Skills:* Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)* Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices* Basic knowledge of AI concepts and how they apply to real-world use cases, including basic prompt engineering* Familiarity with system diagnostics and troubleshooting techniquesAnalytical & Documentation Skills:* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities* Skilled in use case development, test case design, and validation testing* Ability to create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for systems and processesSoft Skills:* Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team* Adaptability to shifting schedules and fast-paced environments#EngineeredTodoGoodBe Passionate.Be Innovative.Be a Trender.Be #EngineeredToDoGood.locations: Manilaposted on: Posted 30+ Days AgoFor over 30 years, Trend Micro's unwavering vision has been to make the world safe for exchanging digital information.
