The Client

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Fyshwick, ACT, is a 100% independently owned brewery dedicated to producing outstanding beer while championing sustainability and community well-being. With a passion for backcountry adventures and good times, they have grown into a vibrant team of 51-200 employees.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key player in the brewery's operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to streamline sales, customer relationships, and operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating efficient workflows, enhancing user adoption, and driving system improvements to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
Customization and Optimization
  • Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and integrations.
User Support and Training
  • Provide support and training to end-users to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries and issues.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, maintenance, and cleansing within Salesforce.
  • Perform regular data imports, exports, and updates using tools like Data Loader.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales trends, customer insights, and operational metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required; Advanced Administrator or additional certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in Salesforce tools, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, workflows, data management, and security.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in the brewery or beverage industry is a plus.

  • User adoption and satisfaction rates.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports and data insights.
  • Successful implementation of system enhancements and updates.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday- Friday 7am-4pm PH time
