We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level to Senior Salesforce Administrator to oversee and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for managing configurations, user support, system enhancements, and integrations to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce administration, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving system processes.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrator for the company's Salesforce environment.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and reports.
- Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and data integrity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and process automation to enhance productivity.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user training and support.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams for system integrations and enhancements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator Certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers, etc.).
- Experience with data management, security settings, and user access controls.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools is a plus.
