The Role
The CRM & Go-to-Market (GTM) Technology Administrator will play a pivotal role in optimizing our CRM processes and marketing automation tools to drive business growth. This position requires strong, hands-on Salesforce administration skills, as well as experience managing HubSpot Marketing workflows and integrations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who understands the bigger picture of how go-to-market tools fit together to optimize the efficiency of a small, but growing GTM team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Oversee and maintain the Salesforce CRM, including user login creation, object management, permission settings, role hierarchies, and system configuration.
    • Develop, test, and deploy fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
    • Manage integrations with connected GTM tools and systems (e.g., Zendesk, Zoominfo, Gong, MixMax, N.Rich).
    • Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and proactively implement data cleanup protocols.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing system improvements.
      • HubSpot Marketing:
        • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, optimizing data flow and reporting.
        • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement automation strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion.
          • Other Go-to-Market Tools:
            • Support an efficient and high-performing GTM technology stack by assisting with cross-platform integrations and understanding the bigger picture of how each piece contributes to the larger goal of driving company growth.
            • Potential for management of user licenses and permissions for platforms like Gong, Zoominfo and MixMax.
              • Collaboration and Support:
                • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align technology with business objectives.
                • Support users to ensure adoption of best practices and effective use of tools.
                • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2 - 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including managing integrations and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation and data management best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Cloudingo).
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with other tools in our go-to-market stack a big plus (e.g., Gong, Zendesk, Planhat, Zoominfo, N.Rich, MixMax).

Work Schedule

  • Monday- Friday 10pm-8am PH time

  • Office based: Eastwood, SM North, Alabang, Clark or Cebu.
