- General Tasks: monitor manpower needs through submitted Personnel Requisition Sheet (PRS) and draft Job Descriptions as necessary; be aware of all existing vacancies (whether actual or imminent) based on department recommendation or watchlist.
- Plan and execute hiring programs and special recruitment activities; attend job fairs and recruitment events; conduct company scheduled recruitment days; conduct special recruitment meetings with targeted individuals; visit DOLE/PESO offices; manage online recruitment portals and social media accounts (HRD email, Facebook, JobStreet, Mynimo, etc.); receive walk-in or referred applicants.
- Assist applicants in filling up Personnel Information Sheet (PIS) using Applicant Processing System (including OJTs); conduct pre-employment exams and/or trade tests and evaluate results of applicants.
- Screen qualified applicants from resumes, contact candidates for further assessment and interviews; conduct initial interviews; facilitate applicant files for assessment/final interview by Department Heads; prepare and route applicant files for final acceptance; update the Applicant Processing System.
- Assist and coordinate with other members of the HRD.
2. ONBOARDING (Secondary)
- General Tasks: Receive final acceptance forms of hired applicants and issue a list of requirements for compliance; ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements; complete the registration of new employees for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN, and 201 files, and submit copies to the Accounting Department to facilitate payroll and avoid Voucher Employee status; prepare all employment records such as contracts, endorsements, job descriptions, KPIs, etc.
- Conduct pre-employment, ISO, and onboarding orientation for newly hired employees (and also OJTs); issue IDs/uniforms and maintain ID/Uniform Logbook and inventory; responsible for biometric registration and ATM application of new hires; register new employees for personal accident insurance (if applicable); endorse newly hired employees to designated departments with proper documentation.
- Ensure staffhouses are in good condition and tenants understand terms and conditions; maintain Staff House Logbook for employees housed in company staffhouses in coordination with Benefits team.
- Ensure completeness and filing of 201 files; update the HRD Masterlist System and ensure accuracy (all employees and OJTs must be encoded); conduct monthly reconciliation of the HRD Masterlist System with Accounting Masterlist; issue Manpower Action Notices (MAN) for changes in position and update the Masterlist system; maintain and update Sustainable Technical Employees List (registered and licensed engineers/professionals of the company).
- Assist and coordinate with other members of the HRD.
