Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and monitor guest queries or complaints and provide updates to guest concerns.

  • Manages the guest support e-mail and social media accounts in a timely and orderly manner.

  • Responsible for the requisition of office supplies and other needs for the Operations office in the Headquarters or Head Office.

  • Provide support on the request of all stores by ensuring proper coordination with Store Managers/Supervisors.

  • Coordination with Store Manager/Supervisor on their daily store order demand.

  • Help the Operations Manager and Area Manager by performing administrative, reconciliation and guest service duties.

  • Other administrative tasks such as filing and data management.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant, Business Administration, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

  • At least 1 year experience in the Food & Beverage Operations Industry. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Application especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Must be a team player and have an excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

  • Must be willing to be assigned at Frankie's Headquarters – Kapitolyo, Pasig and must be willing to work on extended hours and to work on weekends and holidays.
