Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our finance department.

Your key responsibilities will include managing invoice printing, administrative tasks, and delivering hard copies to customers/partners worldwide. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving digital invoice and attachment issues, as well as supporting the correction of tax-related billing problems. Furthermore, you will need to send pending lists of rejected CMS cases to stakeholders on a weekly basis and verify the legitimacy of billable items.

  • Manage invoice printing, admin-related duties, and hard copy delivery to local and international customers/partners
  • Monitor and resolve digital invoice and attachment issues
  • Monitor and support edoc-cockpit error reports and follow up on necessary documents
  • Dispatch FinDirect tickets and provide initial support
  • Support the correction of tax-related billing issues
  • Monitor and send pending lists of rejected CMS cases to stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Verify the legitimacy of billable items and issue invoices
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines is essential. Additionally, the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is crucial.

A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required, along with relevant work experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including invoicing and accounting tools, is also necessary.

About This Role
