Eskwelabs is an upskilling school that teaches future of work skills, today. Our flagship programs started off focusing on data science and data analytics skills, but have since expanded beyond Generative AI to product management, digital marketing, design thinking, and more.

As we expand our reach, we need a leader who can drive revenue growth through B2B and donor partnerships while scaling our social impact initiatives. Role: Partnerships Lead
Role Summary: As a Lead for Partnerships & Social Impact, you will be instrumental in expanding Eskwelabs' reach and revenue by forming and managing partnerships that drive our dual mission of financial growth and educational impact.
Responsibilities:
- This role is driven by two core OKRs:
- We can raise revenue from B2B and donor clients: Revenue Target from B2B clients and donors
- We can have impact through social actors: Impact Goal about direct and indirect learners reached through impact-focused sprints
- You will have the autonomy to devise and execute the most effective strategies to achieve these objectives, with support from a collaborative and resourceful team.
- This role is ideal for a partnerships leader with a strong background in social impact and revenue generation, combining vision with practical business development expertise.
- Compensation will be based on the OKR. A more ambitious OKR will have a higher compensation and the level of the OKR will be negotiated based on your own abilities and expertise.
OKRs vs Job Responsibilities: At Eskwelabs, we value leaders who can innovate and drive measurable results. Rather than adhering to a predefined list of tasks, you will be responsible for achieving key outcomes that align with our strategic OKRs. This role offers you the freedom to determine which activities are most impactful, adapting your strategies as needed. Suggested Responsibilities: While you will have the liberty to tailor your responsibilities to meet these OKRs, here are some potential areas of focus:
- We can raise revenue from B2B and donor clients
- Leadgen
Identify events where potential clients will be present and ensure Eskwelabs presence and leadgen at these events.
Identify events that Eskwelabs should participate in or host in order to build connections with potential clients.
Oversee CRM.
- Thought leadership
Identify content and thought leadership for Eskwelabs that will enhance credibility and reach to clients.
Identify partners for thought leadership for co-publication.
Oversee knowledge production and publication.
- Sales operations
Oversee scoping calls with potential clients.
Oversee preparation of proposals for clients.
Manage relationships with clients.
Oversee dealflow pipeline and dashboard.
- Referrals
Work with the community team to pass on referrals to clients from our alumni, including former or current students, mentors, instructors, or operators.
Identify target institutions to invite to participate in our bootcamps as capstone partners, hiring partners, or to send employees as students.
- Brand ambassadors
Identify and recruit brand ambassadors who can serve as course advisors, star instructors, and sources of referrals and thought leadership for Eskwelabs.
Work with brand ambassadors to identify events, thought leadership, or marketing required for their courses.
Develop joint branding between brand ambassadors and Eskwelabs.
- Client support and liaison
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
Work with clients to support them with hiring from our bootcamps.
Connect clients to students for career development and job placement.
Connect client feedback to bootcamp learning design teams.
- PR
Work with Eskwelabs branding on PR and press releases.
- Leadgen
- We can have impact through social actors
- Identify high impact social sector sprints
Identify sectors with highest ease of entry for mass upskilling/reskilling.
Identify early adopter partners for social sector sprints.
Identify which sprints will generate the most traction to focus on for GTM.
Prepare marketing and GTM roadmap for social impact sprints.
- Secure partners to implement high impact social sector sprints
Similar to other revenue operations, but instead focused on social impact sector.

Required Role Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Management, Business, Communication, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in securing and managing high-stakes partnerships.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and in a cross-cultural environment.
