As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for contacting potential clients or leads, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between prospects and the sales or service teams. You will play an essential role in streamlining the sales process and helping the team meet its goals.

What you'll be working on

  1. Reach out to prospective clients via phone or email to schedule appointments for the sales team.
  2. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team member.
  3. Handle inbound calls and client inquiries, providing timely responses, while also managing outbound outreach for appointment setting.
  4. Maintain accurate records of interactions, scheduled appointments, and follow-ups in the system.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to facilitate seamless handoffs and maintain clear communication.
  6. Oversee and update appointment calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling for clients and team members.
  7. Provide reminders and handle any inquiries to clients related to scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
  8. Ensure that all appointments are attended and run smoothly.

What we're looking for

  1. Open to fresh graduates with an interest in sales or customer service or lead generations roles, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with potential clients.
  3. Positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  4. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  5. Ability to handle routine tasks and manage time effectively.
  6. Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
  7. Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with others.
  8. Amenable to work during weekends and holidays.
