Job Description

Business Strategy & Financial Analysis

* Develop and implement pricing strategies and business metrics to drive revenue and profitability.

* Lead financial modeling efforts to assess business performance and forecast future growth.

* Collaborate closely with leadership to define and track KPIs for ongoing business initiatives.

* Assist with strategic decision-making by providing in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, and financial data.

Investor Relations

* Support the company's efforts during the Series C funding round by preparing financial documents, presentations, and communications for investors.

* Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external investors, ensuring clear and effective communication of business strategy, performance, and growth potential.

Commercial & Corporate Banking Expertise

* Leverage experience from investment/corporate banking to provide valuable insights into business and financial strategies.

* Understand market conditions and competitor dynamics in global financial services to optimize strategic decisions.

Investment Banking Support

* Utilize your investment banking background (e.g., associate, intern) to support M&A activities, capital raising, and other strategic transactions.

* Analyze investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

* A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Professional Experience

* At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, or financial services

* Proven experience in business strategy, financial modeling, and investor relations, particularly in high-growth or startup environments

* Exposure to the technology or financial technology sector is an advantage

Technical Skills

* Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools

* Strong understanding of business metrics, corporate finance, and capital markets * Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and corporate partners

Core Competencies

* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders

* High attention to detail and ability to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners

A successful Business Strategy Manager should have:

* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
