Job Description

The Strategy Manager will:

  • Partner with the CEO and investor to define the 3-5 year strategic roadmap and annual operating plan
  • Lead company-wide initiatives such as expansion, business model innovation, and M&A
  • Build out performance management and reporting frameworks to drive accountability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align strategy and execution
  • Manage a small team of analysts and develop future business leaders

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-7 years' experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting
  • Strong business acumen with comfort navigating data, ambiguity, and scale
  • Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or PE-backed environments preferred
  • Strong communication and influencing skills and able to work closely with senior leaders
  • Passion for building, problem-solving, and driving results
