Job Description The Strategy Manager will: Partner with the CEO and investor to define the 3-5 year strategic roadmap and annual operating plan Lead company-wide initiatives such as expansion, business model innovation, and M&A Build out performance management and reporting frameworks to drive accountability Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align strategy and execution Manage a small team of analysts and develop future business leaders The Successful Applicant 4-7 years' experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting Strong business acumen with comfort navigating data, ambiguity, and scale Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or PE-backed environments preferred Strong communication and influencing skills and able to work closely with senior leaders Passion for building, problem-solving, and driving results What's on Offer Direct exposure to senior leadership and private equity investors Opportunity to shape strategy in a high-impact, high-growth environment Pathway to broader business leadership roles over time Be part of a mission-driven brand with a strong consumer following #J-18808-Ljbffr
