About the Role: Customer Success Manager
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in the successful delivery and implementation of the VesselMan platform. This role will build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals through the effective use of our platform. The CSM guides customers through the onboarding process, provides L1 support, conducts training sessions, and identifies opportunities for advisory services and upselling. This role will serve as a crucial link between customers and our product development team, ensuring customer feedback and requirements are considered in future product updates.
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients from kick off to training, excluding setup of code specification, ensuring a smooth transition and thorough understanding of the VesselMan platform.
- Proactively consult with clients to understand their needs, resolve pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Address and resolve incoming customer inquiries and concerns efficiently for L1 level.
- Provide advisory services to help customers achieve their goals, maximize the value of our products and services, and navigate their digital transformation.
- Serve as a technical expert in sales meetings, conducting demos, and showcasing product capabilities.
- Identify upselling and opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to support renewals and growth.
- Analyze customer data to monitor usage, identify trends, and create strategies for customer success and retention.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- A solid understanding of technical ship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric mindset, ideally with experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. customer support, project management).
- Proactive and ambitious with a drive to succeed.
- Must be a team player, but also self-motivated and independent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel when needed.
