Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to our finance team and work closely with our group finance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of Management accounts
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations
  • Manage transactional finance activities
  • Fulfill daily finance requirements
  • Coordinate with HR on policies and payroll
  • Coordinate with Operations Managers regarding billables
  • Establish and document scalable accounting processes
  • Ensure tax compliance
  • Develop and maintain financial metrics
  • Manage operational bank accounts
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting
  • Manage the finance team

Candidate Qualifications

Ideal candidates are highly motivated, dedicated, and possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Experience in accrual basis accounting
  • Knowledge of systems and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills and process improvement ability
  • Ability to interpret and report on financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country. Willingness to undergo background/security investigations and drug screening is required.
