We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to our leadership team. This is not just about managing calendars and taking calls — you'll be the go-to problem solver, information hub, and project wrangler who helps our executives focus on what they do best.
What You'll Do
- Master the calendar – Schedule, prioritize, and safeguard the executive's time like a pro.
- Run point on communication – Draft, edit, and manage emails, calls, and correspondence with polish and discretion.
- Make things happen – Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and off-sites, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
- Be in the know – Track priorities, follow up on action items, and keep projects moving forward.
- Handle the essentials – Manage expenses, prepare reports, maintain documents, and oversee office needs.
- Anticipate needs – See around corners and solve problems before they land on the executive's desk.
- Support the whole ecosystem – Occasionally extend your magic beyond the office, lending a hand to spouses, in-laws, and kids when needed.
- You'll be at the heart of decision-making, working closely with leadership.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an EA, PA, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent communication skills — crisp writing, confident speaking, and a talent for relationship building.
- Ninja-level organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (bonus points for project management tools).
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
- A proactive mindset — you don't just wait for instructions; you take the initiative.
