Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Virtual Assistant to support our executive team in managing daily tasks and projects. This role requires a resourceful individual who can handle a variety of administrative responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Conduct prior research and provide necessary information for meetings and decisions
  • Assure timely follow-up on action items and pending issues
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist in project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met effectively
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized files and documentation

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting executive-level staff
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
