We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Video Marketing Listing Coordinator to run our AI-powered Content Machine. This role isn't just about editing videos—it's about owning a system that produces consistent, branded content that keeps our audience coming back for more.
What You'll Do (Weekly Workflow)- Source local real estate & market update articles
- Write scripts using ChatGPT (training on our style)
- Generate voice clones in ElevenLabs
- Create video avatars in HeyGen
- Assemble reels in Canva
- Publish across IG, YouTube, and Facebook daily
- Consistently publishing 40+ unique videos per week
- Video quality, brand consistency, and engagement growth
- Staying ahead of trends in short-form real estate content
- Accountable: You own deadlines and results
- Caring: You create content that genuinely helps and informs our audience
- Coachable: You take feedback and improve quickly
- Knowledgeable: You know how to spot content worth sharing
- Transparent: You communicate openly and honestly
- Bonus points if you already know AI content tools, but we will train you
