About Paso Motors:

Paso Motors is rapidly scaling its direct-to-consumer motorcycle sales business, prioritizing digital growth and nationwide reach. We aim to increase online sales through high-impact social media and advertising campaigns, leveraging a premium library of raw video content and creative assets for maximal effect. We are willing to share our extensive raw video library with the selected editor as a resource and reference.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor, preferably with expertise in creating high-impact, scroll-stopping social media reels and ad units. The role centers on transforming our raw footage into engaging, conversion-focused short videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce short-form "scroll-stopping" video reels for social media and paid ads using provided raw footage and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative execution with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Present creative ideas and provide active input in the planning phases of campaigns.
  • Maintain quality control, ensuring all videos reflect Paso Motors' style and messaging.

  • Ability to conceptualize creative campaigns beyond editing.
