  • 1–2 years of experience as an appointment setter in real estate
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections confidently
  • Familiarity with real estate terms (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or spreadsheets
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Resilient, positive, and comfortable with cold calling

Compensation: 30k per month + Benefits
