Overview

We are looking for a Training Manager with strong BPO experience to lead the end-to-end training function for our Telco account. This role is responsible for overseeing new hire training, nesting, and continuous learning programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and client expectations. Candidates with Telco background are highly preferred, though not mandatory. Tenured Assistant Managers ready for the next step in their career are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Training team to deliver effective new hire, product, and soft skills training programs.
  • Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and implement solutions that improve performance and business outcomes.
  • Drive readiness programs and ensure smooth knowledge transfer from client to internal teams.
  • Analyze training effectiveness using performance data, feedback, and KPIs; recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure all training materials are updated, relevant, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage training logistics, scheduling, and reporting for leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Support talent development by mentoring Training Specialists and future leaders within the team.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in BPO Training with a proven track record of managing training delivery.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role (Assistant Manager or Manager level).
  • Telco account experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work onsite in Jupiter St., Makati and on a night shift schedule.
