The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with at least 2 years of experience in retail. Proficiency in English and Filipino, both oral and written, is essential. Knowledge of MS applications is also required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain client relationships
  2. Communicate project status updates
  3. Minimize client revisions
  4. Creation of project briefs
  5. Provide accurate and timely reports
  6. Ensure projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of each client
  7. Collaborate with Project Managers and Vendors
  8. Prepare reports and presentation decks
  9. Review vendor cost estimates
  10. Conduct trade checks, site visits, and warehouse visits
  11. Organize documents and files
  12. Maintain and organize samples and swatches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail
  • Proficient in English and Filipino, both oral and written
  • Knowledgeable in MS applications
  • Keen eye for details
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to extend working hours
