Job Objective

As a Sales/Account Manager, s/he will be responsible for conducting sales and promotion of the company's product and services portfolio to the retail, F&B, healthcare, and financial industries within a designated area or territory. The responsibilities include:

  • Achieving projected sales targets and developing effective marketing and sales strategies to expand and grow the business within the designated area or territory;
  • Identifying sales prospects, preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts;
  • Developing product knowledge and selling skills applicable at all levels of the sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to solutions presentation, negotiation, and implementation;
  • Establishing and maintaining current and potential client relationships; and
  • Processing and addressing customer feedback, concerns, and complaints, as well as monitoring competitors' activities, to adapt and respond to market needs by increasing the product mix within existing customers. Additionally, using market data and insights to gain new clients through product conversions or shifting.
