The Role:
As a Strategic Partner, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle within the BPO industry. Your expertise in sales, coupled with your deep understanding of the BPO landscape, will be crucial in delivering customized solutions that address our clients' unique needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on solutions, pricing, and service delivery, ensuring a seamless and profitable partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business opportunities and expand market share within the BPO industry. Identify key prospects, engage decision-makers, and close high-value deals that align with our long-term goals.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize your expertise to generate and qualify new leads. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by targeting companies that can benefit from our BPO services, including customer support, IT services, finance and accounting outsourcing, and more.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, Directors, VPs) in target organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and insights to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
  • Customized Solutions: Work with our solutions and delivery teams to tailor BPO services to meet client needs, ensuring a comprehensive, competitive offering. Present and propose BPO solutions that drive efficiency, cost savings, and improved service delivery for clients.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, aligning pricing and service terms with the value delivered. Manage complex sales cycles from initial conversations to contract execution, ensuring all internal and client stakeholders are aligned.
  • Market Insights & Trend Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions within the BPO sector. Use this information to refine sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and proactively address client pain points.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and deal progression to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and solutions. Provide feedback to improve service offerings and identify new areas for growth.
Who You Are:
  • Proven Sales Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the BPO industry (e.g., contact center outsourcing, IT outsourcing, finance & accounting outsourcing).
  • Track Record of Success: You have a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets. Your expertise in managing the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, is second to none.
  • Industry Knowledge: You understand the BPO market and its evolving trends. You know the pain points and needs of clients in various industries and can position BPO services as a key enabler of operational efficiency, cost reduction, and business growth.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have strong strategic thinking capabilities and can develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives. You know how to sell value, not just features.
  • Relationship-Driven: You are skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You are a trusted advisor to clients and can drive loyalty through superior service and support.
  • Results-Oriented: You are driven by success and motivated by achieving sales goals and KPIs. You are comfortable working with targets and thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • Excellent Communicator: You excel at communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders. You can confidently present, negotiate, and close deals at the executive level.
