Key Responsibilities
  • Customer: Seamless operational support for the customers with concerns and complaints.
  • Financial: Reconcile all loan transactions, including disbursements, payments, and adjustments, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process: Provision comprehensive list of discrepancies identified during reconciliation. Perform necessary transaction adjustments to align discrepancies identified.
  • People: Provide timely and concise updates to management regarding transaction reconciliations ensuring that stakeholders are always informed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in lending operations, banking, finance, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with loan management systems and SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proven experience with transaction reconciliation and account review, preferably within the lending industry.
Interdependencies

The role interacts with immediate superiors for guidance, peers for coordination and sharing best practices, and internal/external stakeholders for driving innovation and addressing operational concerns.
