About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Online Shop Operations Head to join our dynamic team at Our Souvenir Shop. In this full-time role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless operation of our growing online retail business. What you'll be doing

  • Manage and optimise the end-to-end online shopping experience, from website management to order fulfilment and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online shop
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail operations, preferably in the retail and consumer products industry
  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving the performance of an online business
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in website management, SEO, digital marketing, and customer service strategies
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and order fulfilment systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
