About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Online Shop Operations Head to join our dynamic team at Our Souvenir Shop. In this full-time role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless operation of our growing online retail business. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on the strategic direction and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and optimise the end-to-end online shopping experience, from website management to order fulfilment and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online shop
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail operations, preferably in the retail and consumer products industry
  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving the performance of an online business
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in website management, SEO, digital marketing, and customer service strategies
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and order fulfilment systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
