About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Online Shop Packer to join our dynamic team at CREDENCE CONSUMER GOODS TRADING' in San Nicolas Manila City Metro Manila. As an Online Shop Packer, you will play a crucial role in the fulfilment of our online orders, ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of products for delivery to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive and process online orders for a variety of consumer products
  • Carefully pick, pack and label orders to meet our high standards of customer service
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
  • Collaborate with the wider operations team to optimise packing and shipping processes
  • Adhere to all health, safety and quality control protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any packing-related concerns

What we're looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or logistics setting
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
