Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including upload and update the new product listing

· Manage and optimize product listings

· Responsible for the daily operation and management of Lazada and Shopee stores, familiar with promotion, control the implementation of store details, and achieve the established performance goals as planned.

· Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance product visibility

· Responsible for processing and monitoring orders & sales

· Responsible for the planning of store promotions, related sales, and to improve the store conversion rate.

· Ads strategy and data analyze

· Follows up on late shipments and ensures the shop order fulfillment rate.

· Responsible for monitoring daily store data (traffic data, sales data, commodity data), diagnosing and optimizing the store front and implementing follow-up execution results.

· Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment

· Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns

· Develop and execute promotional strategies, including discounts, flash sales to drive engagement and sale

· Other tasks may be assigned by his supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

· Has shop operation experience in handling online store operations both Lazada, shopee and Tiktok (at least 1-2 years)

· Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee)

· Knows how to use promotional tool

· Knows how to join the campaign

· Knows Stock Management

· Has customer service skills and is able to provide high-quality customer service.

· Strong communication skills, working under pressure, multi-tasking ability

· Strong execution ability, self-driven, study the facts, and data, and pushes

· Strong analytical and creative thinking skills

· Must be knowledgeable to Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
