Responsabilità principali
  • Preparare e organizzare la loro postazione di lavoro assicurandosi che gli ingredienti siano freschi e di alta qualità
  • Esecuzione delle preparazioni culinarie sotto la guida dello Chef de Partie, seguendo rigorosamente le ricette e mantenendo gli standard dello stabilimento.
  • Monitoraggio del processo di cottura e del condimento delle pietanze per garantire una presentazione visivamente accattivante e un gusto ottimale.
  • Rispettare rigide norme igieniche e di sicurezza.
  • Collaborare a stretto contatto con il resto del team per garantire un coordinamento efficiente durante il servizio, soprattutto durante i periodi di punta.
Requisiti
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in strutture di pari livello o superiori.
  • Conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina italiana e mediterranea.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche nei weekend e festivi.
