Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  2. Ensure consistency in HR practices across all locations.
  3. Assist in various projects to include analysis of new business requirements, assessment of different methods of approach, and implementation of solutions within the current business system architecture or new system.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Analytics team.

Requirements

  1. Willing to work in BGC Taguig.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  3. Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity.
  4. Experience of partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  7. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
  8. Self-starter, strong drive, and result-oriented.
