We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant - Admin to provide essential administrative and executive support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and enjoys supporting business leaders in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  3. Manage travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
  4. Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth operations.
  6. Conduct research and compile data for business analysis and decision-making.
  7. Support event planning, team meetings, and business projects as needed.
  8. Handle general office administration, including procurement of supplies and vendor coordination.
  9. Perform other administrative and personal assistance duties as required.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Teams, SharePoint, and other productivity tools.
  5. High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  6. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Experience in working with small to medium businesses or professional services firms is a plus.
