Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant - Admin to provide essential administrative and executive support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and enjoys supporting business leaders in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct research and compile data for business analysis and decision-making.
- Support event planning, team meetings, and business projects as needed.
- Handle general office administration, including procurement of supplies and vendor coordination.
- Perform other administrative and personal assistance duties as required.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Teams, SharePoint, and other productivity tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in working with small to medium businesses or professional services firms is a plus.
