About the Position:
As a Dental Virtual Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to our dental team while working remotely. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment schedules, handling patient inquiries, assisting with insurance verification, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of dental terminology, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Pre-screen calls (triage) and direct patients accordingly
- Work with insurance and medical records
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Great personality
- Customer service mindset
- Experience in Dental field working for US client
