Patient Portal Service Desk Agent role is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via calls, chats, and emails. They will resolve basic IT issues and document problems to be handed off to an application support team.

This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with technology, learning new software quickly, and having strong typing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing outstanding customer service by responding to end-users' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving basic IT issues over the phone or through remote applications, documenting issues accurately and escalating as necessary.
  • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, depending on assigned shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
  • Proficient in English to support clients' needs.
