MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

The role is responsible to supervise and oversee clinic operations to maintain that personalized and comprehensive quality of healthcare is delivered to all members.

• Supervises and monitors the clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentists.
• Ensure that quality medical and dental healthcare is delivered to all members.
• Handle and manage the concerns raised by clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentists.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of outpatient approval requests.
• Guide, coach and motivate clinic staff. Ensure that redirection to FSC is implemented and monitored.
• Review, monitor and assist in the attainment of objectives, measures, targets and initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit to immediate superior on time.
• Approval of clinic staff and retainer doctors\' and dentists\' daily time records. Investigate and resolve notices for correction from Claims and complaints from internal and external customers and provide appropriate action plans immediately.
• Ensure that clinic equipment is functional and calibrated on a regular basis and clinic facilities are well maintained; request repairs if needed.
• Monitor clinic expenses and liquidation.
• Monitor the delivery of check payments for doctors and hospitals.
• Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Education – Graduate of any 4-year medical course
• Experience – At least 2 years' experience in a clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.
• Other skills – With above-average communication and empathic skills. Good negotiator, flexible and able to multitask. Must be analytic, systematic and organized.
