Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Foster a positive working environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement.
- Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Work with department heads to set employee goals and provide feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training needs and develop employee development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Ensure competitive compensation packages and benefits.
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance with compensation policies.
- Develop and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and company goals.
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper work ethics are implemented in the workplace. Coach and discipline employees when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and other relevant policies.
Administration Management
- Manage the administrative operations of the company and the human resource department by directing and establishing work priorities, resolving problems and issues, motivating and counseling employees, and maintaining and implementing company policies and procedures related to administration and human resource.
- Plan, develop and coordinate the execution of policies, procedures, and incentive programs to improve the operational standard, efficiency, and morale of the company.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring all office systems and equipment function efficiently.
- Ensure the workplace environment is safe and conducive to employee productivity.
- Oversee document management and proper record-keeping for both HR and administration.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 10 years of working experience in HR and Administration.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, Administration Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
- Knowledge of employee training and performance management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Trustworthy with good moral standards and values.
- Well-organized and resourceful.
- Loves working with people and is interested in people development.
- Aggressive, hardworking, and persevering.
- Strong sense of urgency, good in decision-making and corporate planning.
- Good operational, planning, and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in business processes and controls.
