Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR and Admin Head with a Law degree (LLB) to lead our Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of legal expertise, strategic HR leadership, and organizational management to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
Manage performance appraisal systems and promote career development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions. - Administrative Leadership:
Supervise administrative staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Maintain company policies, documentation, and records management.
Coordinate office resources, facilities management, and vendor relations.
Oversee budgeting for HR and administrative functions. - Legal Compliance and Advisory:
Provide legal counsel on labor laws, employment contracts, and company policies.
Draft, review, and enforce employment agreements and other legal documents.
Address disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate; BAR exam passer preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR leadership and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate governance, and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.
