Assistant Operations Manager – Receivables / Revenue Cycle

Location: Onsite – McKinley Hill, Taguig

Schedule: Rotating shifts

Salary: PHP 60,000 – 75,000 (basic) plus PHP 2,000 allowance

Reporting to: Director – Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager – Receivables / Revenue Cycle to lead and support our Receivables team. The role focuses on team management, performance delivery, client alignment, and compliance within the healthcare revenue cycle space.

This is an excellent opportunity for a people leader with AR follow-up, claims denials, and call center management experience to step into a strategic operations leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day departmental operations
  • Manage account inventories and report progress to leadership on a regular basis
  • Monitor training, attendance, and team performance
  • Step in during high workloads, absenteeism, or increased call volumes
  • Oversee staff compliance with company policies and performance standards
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and productivity reviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational goals and client expectations
  • Drive process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce escalations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid experience in AR Follow-up and Claims Denials within healthcare
  • Strong background in call center management
  • Familiarity with dialer systems and terminology
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
