About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant .This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who wants to grow in the field of online retail and digital operations

Position: Operations Assistant

Main Duties:

  • Receive and check requests for returns or claims, then record them in the system.
  • Create tickets in the system for each return or claim so it can be tracked.
  • Work with the warehouse and couriers to arrange pickup, tracking, and delivery of returned items.
  • Check the reason for return or claim, the condition of the item, and make sure it's packed properly before sending it back to the marketplace.
  • Investigate and record any missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Keep clear and updated reports and records for all returns and claims using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate with marketplaces like TikTok and Shopee regarding return schedules, problems, or missing documents.
  • Organize and file all related papers for future checking.
  • Follow up with couriers, warehouses, and marketplaces until the case is completed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, and data entry).
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, or online selling is a plus.
  • Organized and pays attention to details.
  • Good at communicating and working with others.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
