Skills & Qualifications:

  • ITIL/Agile certification.
  • Experience in software development and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • PMP/Prince2 Certified or MBA preferred.
  • Advocate for emerging technologies (Gen AI, RPA, etc.).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
