THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% - Draft / types communication20% - Received, sorts, files and releases communication and other documents20% - Takes charge of the reproduction of materials.20% - Maintains records, reports, and other pertinent documents20% - Performs other related functions as may be assigned

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Completion of Two-Year studies in College or High School Graduate with Relevant Vocational / Trade CourseExperience: 1 Year Relevant ExperienceTraining: Four (4) Hours of Relevant TrainingEligibility: Relevant MC 11 s 1996 / Career Service (Sub Professional) / First Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Knowledgeable in the programs offered by TESDA
• Good interpersonal relationship and possesses positive work attitude
• Possesses good teamwork attitude
• Knowledgeable in records and documents controlling

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);


• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

photocopies of training certificates;


• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2024 for outside

applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA

applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a 'Very Satisfactory' Rating;


• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;


• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

number, e-mail address):

  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);


• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and


• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
