We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to oversee administrative tasks and address issues under the supervision of a department head.
- The role involves overseeing messenger schedules, approving expenses, and facilitating monthly meetings with team members.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring and preparing office supply requisitions, managing fixed assets inventory, and tagging new equipment.
- Maintaining office equipment and cleanliness is also part of your duties.
This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A graduate degree in any 4-year course.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative functions.
- Consideration for fresh graduates with exemplary records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
The ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
