What is your mission?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist to support our sales team by identifying and engaging potential customers. This role involves generating qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The successful candidate will research target accounts, develop outreach strategies, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate lead records, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and staying informed on industry trends to optimize lead generation efforts.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and potential prospects.
  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate interest in the company's products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, gathering relevant information to ensure high-quality prospects.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team to foster further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and engagement activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, lead generation best practices, and competitor activities to optimize outreach efforts.
Who are we looking for?
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Google Suite, and LinkedIn.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and focus on achieving targets.
